CHARLOTTE Teddy Bridgewater is inactive for Sunday’s game with the Lions, making way for P.J. Walker to make his first NFL start.

The second one was closely watched by the likes of head coach Matt Rhule, offensive coordinator Joe Brady, quarterbacks coach Jake Peetz, owner David Tepper and multiple athletic trainers.
